A degree is the minimum, not the exception
At BRS, holding a UK university qualification is the baseline for every academic teacher we appoint, not a differentiator but a minimum standard. Every teacher on our team holds at least a Bachelor's degree from a recognised UK institution, with a number holding postgraduate qualifications including a Master's degree and the PGCE, the professional teaching qualification for qualified teacher status in Britain.
We set this standard because we are a British online school, and the families who choose us are choosing a UK-standard education. That standard has to be reflected in who stands in front of their children.
