1

Introduction

Welcome to BRS Online School ("we", "our" or "us"). These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our website, online school services, tuition, Quran studies and Arabic programmes. By using our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use our services.

2

Eligibility

Our school and tuition services are available to students from Key Stage 1 to Key Stage 3. Certain programmes, such as our Quran studies and Arabic programmes, may have their own age requirements or entry arrangements, which will be confirmed at the point of enrolment. Parents or legal guardians must register any student who is a minor. By registering, you confirm that you have the legal authority to enrol the student and that all information provided is accurate and complete.

3

Registration and Account Security

When registering with BRS Online School, you agree to:

Provide accurate, current and complete information during registration.
Maintain the security of your account by keeping your password confidential.
Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account or any breach of security.
Ensure your contact details are kept up to date so we can communicate important information to you.

Services Provided

BRS Online School offers online schooling, group tuition, Quran studies and Arabic programmes. Our services include live online lessons, educational resources, assessments and progress reports. Our school programmes are aligned with the British National Curriculum.

All tuition and lessons are delivered as live group sessions in small classes of up to 15 students. Our tuition is group-based only.

While we strive to ensure that all information on our website is accurate and current, we cannot guarantee that all content will be completely up to date at all times. We make reasonable efforts to regularly update our website content, including course information, fees and policies, but some information may occasionally become outdated. If you have any questions about specific information, please contact us for clarification.

5

Class Sizes

To protect the quality of teaching, our class sizes are capped. Standard class sizes do not exceed 15 students. We aim to keep groups appropriately sized for effective learning, though the exact number of students in any given class may vary. We reserve the right to organise, combine or adjust class groups where necessary for operational or educational reasons.

6

Fees and Payment

By enrolling, you agree to pay the applicable fees as outlined on our website. All payments must be made in full and on time. We accept various payment methods, including credit/debit cards and bank transfers. Failure to pay the required fees may result in suspension or termination of access to our services.

Fees are typically charged on a recurring monthly basis unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to amend our fees from time to time; where we do, we will give reasonable notice and changes will not affect the period you have already paid for.

Refunds: We do not offer refunds for services once they have been accessed or for sessions already delivered. If you have any concerns about the services provided, please contact us to discuss potential solutions. (This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer under UK law.)

7

Cancellation and Off-Rolling

You may cancel your enrolment by giving us notice in accordance with the arrangements confirmed at the point of enrolment. Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current paid period, and you will retain access until then. Fees already paid for the current period are non-refundable, in line with Section 6.

If you wish to off-roll your child, you must give us at least one month's notice in advance. In practice this means you pay for one further month after giving notice, your child may continue to attend and use our services throughout that paid month and they will then be off-rolled the following month. For example, if you give notice in January, you pay for February, your child continues to attend in February and they are off-rolled from March.

8

Family Discounts

BRS Online School offers discounts for families with more than one child enrolled:

10%discount on the second child’s fees.
20%discount on the third child’s fees (and any subsequent children).

To apply the discount, please inform us that your children are siblings during your free consultation or when enrolling, and the discount will be applied accordingly.

9

Referral Discount

Where we offer a refer-a-friend scheme, both the referring family and the newly enrolled family may receive a discount as set out on our website. Referral discounts are subject to the referred family completing enrolment, and full terms of any referral offer will be confirmed at the time.
