Welcome to BRS Online School ('we', 'our' or 'us'). These Terms and Conditions ('Terms') govern your access to and use of our website, online school services and tuition programs. By using our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use our services.

Our services are available to students from Key Stage 1 to Key Stage 3. Parents or legal guardians must register students who are minors. By registering for our services, you confirm that you have the legal authority to enroll the student and that all information provided during registration is accurate and complete.

When registering with BRS Online School, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current and complete information during the registration process.
• Maintain the security of your account by keeping your password confidential.
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account or any other breach of security.
• Ensure that your contact details are up to date so we can communicate important information to you.

BRS Online School offers online schooling and group tuition services for students in Key Stage 1 to Key Stage 3. Our services include access to online lessons, educational resources, assessments and progress reports. We strive to provide high-quality educational content that aligns with the English National Curriculum. While we strive to ensure that all information on our website is accurate and current, we cannot guarantee that all content will be completely up to date at all times. We make reasonable efforts to regularly update our website content, including course information, fees and policies. However, users should be aware that some information may occasionally become outdated. If you have any questions about the currency of specific information, please contact us directly for clarification

By enrolling in our services, you agree to pay the applicable fees as outlined on our website. All payments must be made in full and on time. We accept various payment methods, including credit/debit cards and bank transfers. Failure to pay the required fees may result in suspension or termination of your access to our services.

• Refunds: We do not offer refunds for any services once they have been accessed. If you have any concerns about the services provided, please contact us to discuss potential solutions.

BRS Online School offers discounts for families with multiple children enrolled in our services. The discount structure is as follows:

• 20% discount on the less expensive plan for the second child.
• 25% discount on the second-cheapest plan for the third child.
• To apply for the discount, parents must request a free trial for each child separately, complete the free trial lessons and then, inform us during the follow-up call that the children are siblings.

By using our services, you agree to:

• Use the services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
• Not engage in any conduct that may disrupt or interfere with the operation of our services.
• Not use our services to transmit any harmful, offensive or illegal content.
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations when using our services.

All content provided by BRS Online School, including but not limited to text, images, videos, lesson materials and assessments, is the intellectual property of Bright Rising Stars or its licensors. You may use the content solely for educational purposes within the scope of our services. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify or create derivative works from our content without our express written permission.

BRS Online School reserves the right to terminate or suspend your access to our services at any time, without notice, if you violate these Terms or engage in any conduct that we deem harmful to our community. Upon termination, you must immediately cease using our services and destroy any copies of materials obtained through our services.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, BRS Online School shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of our services. This includes, but is not limited to, loss of data, loss of profits or loss of business opportunities. Our total liability for any claims arising from your use of our services shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the services.

BRS Online School may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or for other operational, legal or regulatory reasons. We will notify you of any significant changes by posting the updated Terms on our website and, where appropriate, by email. Your continued use of our services after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
